Our application process

We are looking for passionate people, loving what they do. But it's very important, that we match. So how do we get to know each other?

We believe in open and honest communication, that’s why we keep all candidates informed of your status and give you direct feedback. We want to get to know you as a person and understand your unique skills and experiences, so we can determine if you're a good fit for our team. We are recruiting in remote mode and/or on site too. 


Step 1: Apply

Your application will be reviewed. 


Step 1: Screening Interview

The first round is a screening/phone interview with one of our recruiters. This is a chance for us to get to know you better and give you the opportunity to ask us any questions you might have about the company or role.

Step 2: Interview Round

The second round is an interview round with colleagues from different departments. This is a chance for you to meet with key members of our team, ask more in-depth questions, and get a better sense of our work environment. 


Step 3: Decision

If you're selected to move forward after the second round of interviews, we'll extend a job offer to you. This will include a formal job offer contract, which outlines the details of your employment, including your salary, benefits, and start date.
